Why Wholesome Way Began: From Idea to Inner Sanctuary
The idea for this online project has been brewing for a few years. Turning 50 was the start of the rumblings. My children, now finished school, menopause has begun and the burning desire to share something, crone wisdom or just my YOGA & Meditation knowledge & practices that have been enjoyed by many friends, family & students over the past 11 years of facilitating yoga and retreats in the Whitsundays.
The desire to make MY spiritual yoga practices accessible to these students and hopefully reach the wider community so they too may be helped and healed.
These pages are the result of that bold push and tools for living a vibrant, balanced life.
The goal: to help you realise that the mind is a tool to be used by the self, not the other way around.
Out of the billions of places online, this space is the culmination of my 30+ years of personal spiritual practices and is dedicated to sharing my tools gathered to help you find the power within you, release the monkey mind chatterings and turn it inward.
